I'm seeing abnormal candles in this specific contract. All my other charts with the same settings are showing fine, the data service settings for intraday data storage is at 1 tick. I tried to delete and re-download all data. Is there anything else I should do?

Hello, I followed the instructions but the data still isn't tick data. The problem is only for this symbol for this expiry. All my other charts are showing tick data correctly.

We realize you are looking at an expired futures contract at that point in time. You need to change your service package to 5 for tick by tick data: To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package". The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
