As I was forced to update from my 1 year old versions of sc and ib I encounter the issues that sc is not reading the position data from ib (J5). Though sc is reading the other data like volume, high, low, open, last, ... and J12 to J21. What could I do to fix it? |

Please follow step 6 and step 7 here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php#SetupInstructions You also need to be certain to be using the proper symbol format. Please let us know the symbol of the chart so we can confirm it is the proper format. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I changed the symbol. Now it seems to work, as I tested it with the paper trading account. One more question: sc shows that I already had a trade today [NT(J41)<>INT(J42)], which I did in the paper trading. Though if I log on the real account sc still shows that I had one trade. How can I reset it? |

The "Last Entry Trade Date-Time" data originates from the Trade Activity Log. So you will need to clear the order fill data for the symbol: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TradeActivityLog.php#ClearingtheLog Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
