Unable to trade- can't duplicate charts to open multiple charts

Is it possible to set up screen share on Monday, to address above problem and the problem I have changing charts from 3 to 5 minute charts using the buttons I added on the tool bar. I did not have these problems until Thursday morning - nothing I know was changed on the settings between Wednesday & Thursday. I upgraded to new version - it did not help. It is almost like everything is frozen.

My program worked fine till Thursday then it stopped all of a sudden. Our team has 3 accounts with you and have I have had numerous problems that the other two members of the team have not experienced. Do you think it is fair that I be charged to
straighten out the issue. If it is a mere 5 minutes or so to get it fixed and you can guarantee that it will remain completely operational I will gladly pay the $ 3 or so. But I need to be assured that this issue will be resolved. It makes no sense that
I have the exact same settings as my team mates but I have constant issues. Please let me know today, rather you will accept this proposal.
