Hello,

I know three people including me that are having issues with our charts as we all have 162.80 as our daily high for the December FGBL (Bund futures contract) on the 6th of September 2017, but on the Eurex official website the daily high is 162.84. When I switch off continuous futures contract-date rule rollover, back adjusted in the continuous contract section under chart settings, the chart appears to be correct, but I also know someone who has this setting enabled while still having 162.84 as his high. Please let me know what is going on? Surely we should all have the same chart under the same sierra chart settings and the with the same data feed? Thank you.

You cannot make the kind of comparison that you are. Here is the chart set up as you specified:

On 2017-09-06, that is the September contract in the chart. There is no way you can make a comparison to the official exchange data any longer when there are back adjustments being done. You are not going to get any matches at all.

The other user should re-download the data for September and December following the instructions here to match what you have:
