It's time to rollover from YMU17 to YMZ17 on my charts but when I do this I do not see any data from the previous contract. Is there a way to join the data from both contracts to make it continuous so I can still see data that occurred a couple weeks ago? Thanks.

I am a little confused with the instructions, do I select Continuous Futures Contract - Date Rule Rollover or Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover? Thanks for your help.
