Unable to connect to CQG FIX. Is there a problem?

Able to connect now, after around 20 mins downtime.
It it the first time I experience this after using CQG FIX for 1 year.

Clearly from the Message Log you posted, there was some connectivity problem between your computer and the CQG server.

I was not able to ping to 118.201.11.218 during that down time while I can browse the internet.
After that, I am able to ping to 118.201.11.218

Not sure what could be causing it.
