Able to connect now, after around 20 mins downtime. It it the first time I experience this after using CQG FIX for 1 year. |

Clearly from the Message Log you posted, there was some connectivity problem between your computer and the CQG server.

Yes. CQG WebSocket socket (23) | Creating socket. Using TLS 1.2. | 2017-09-07 10:02:56 CQG WebSocket socket (23) | Connecting to IP: 118.201.11.218. | 2017-09-07 10:02:56 I was not able to ping to 118.201.11.218 during that down time while I can browse the internet. After that, I am able to ping to 118.201.11.218 Not sure what could be causing it. |
