TPO and Foot Print Chart Issues

Hey Guys, please see the below attached issue with the TPO and Foot Print.
No Data for the TPO and the foot print chart does not show any numbers... I called my data provider CQG and i have level 2 data all turned on .. Appreciate your help

We want you to close that chart window on the right and open a new Intraday chart for the particular symbol that you want.

Then add the TPO Profile Chart study to that chart and do not add any other studies to that chart. Here is the documentation:

Hi thank you, however its a preexisting chartbook that i would like to use and i use this everday... It worked in the past and just today it stopped working.. Can you please help

We understand what the problem is now. You need to change to service package 5. Follow the instructions below.

To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
