I am trying to set up an order for 6 contracts, 12 tick stop, after 6 ticks, take half position off and move stop to minus 6. the remainder contracts I will trail myself. How can I do that?

This can be done with Attached Orders:

You will also need to use the Move to Breakeven for Stops settings:
Attached Orders: Move to Breakeven for Stop

You will want to use 2 Targets and one common stop.

If you have saved a Trading Configuration, then this is available in both places. Refer to the information here:

Yes, in the DOM, but if I want to take a trade by right clicking on the chart and have my brackets order on the menu?

Yes you can do this just by submitting an order and the Attached Orders will be attached:
