Hiding a chart to only show the bottom graph region

For a chart window, I don't want to show the actual chart (graph region 0), only the other graph regions underneath. Is there a way to do this? Whether through explicitly hiding the chart or resizing the bottom graph.

You could set the Chart >> Graph Draw Type to Blank.
