Hi, I am having problem with ES feed again. For what I understood from Support last time, I have to open and have my IB operating once every month in order for Sierra to continue the data feed for ES. I did just that but still Sierra is not getting any data.

Besides, when I tried to click 'Help > Support' on Sierra, I got a error message: 'This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel.' Please help on this too.

Thank you,
Carol
