Yes this is possible.

What you need to do is for each of your BitMEX accounts/usernames, set your Sierra Chart Account Name on those.

Follow the instructions at step 1 here to do that:

You will then see each of the accounts listed on the Trade Window:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

Is this still working? I tried to do it and bitmex gave an error saying error creating api key, DTC username already exists.

We have heard from BitMEX about this. This problem should be resolved in about one to two days.

You will then be able to assign multiple BitMEX accounts to your Sierra Chart username.
