Hey guys, there's pretty much a hotkey or key combination to do anything in SierraCharts, which is fantastic, but there isn't one to get to the Advanced tabs of the Chart Settings screen. F5 pulls up the screen, but once there you can only press "tab" through that page's options. Anyway you could add a way to get to the other tabs with a hotkey? In setting up some macros to add or remove alerts, as well as other settings, using a string of key inputs, it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance. |

It not currently possible to hotlink to a tab. If you need keyboard access to add/remove an alert, it might be useful to set the alert through the Color Background Based on Alert Condition or Color Bar Based on Alert Condition: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_TechnicalStudiesReference.html#s252 Save the study in a study collection: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_StudyCollections.html And access it through the Analysis menu [Alt followed by A on the keybaord], then you can loop through the study collections by pressing the 1st letter of the name on the keyboard. This is a great solution. Just implemented it. As always, thanks for all you do. |
