Have enabled SMS alerts and account is funded
SMS format: +1 xxx xxx xxxx, +1xxxxxxxxx, 1 xxx xxx xxxx, [+1][xxx][xxx][xxxx],+1 xxx xxx xxxx
continue to receive alert log stating :
SMS error SMS not enabled or new price has not bee accepted by the user.Select Help>Accnt control panel>>SMS control panel to enable.Failed SMS

Please advise

Yes, but you do have to pay for this service.

You need to update to the latest version of Sierra Chart following the instructions here:
