Hello, I had signed up for two connections and have since deactivated one of them. It is still active until the end of the month but will not renew.

Today when I tried to activate the Full CME Group for $3.25 a month it returned a message that said: “Not able to activate an exchange unless all current Real-time Connections are set to automatically renew.”

There is still the one primary connection that is set to renew, so I don’t know how to get past this message and activate the CME for the next two days. I will probably deactivate it and set up the CME for $15.75 on the first of next month, but didn’t want to pay the full price for just two more days and instead chose the lower price one at $3.25 so I would have the data for rest of the month.

Thank you.

You do need to activate the second real-time connection for renewal. You can then activate the exchange. And then you can deactivate the second real-time connection for renewal.
