Until now, I was running a chartbook with a quoteboard (10 symbols) and some charts and everything was stable. Recently I added another quoteboard window to that chartbook with some 50+symbols in it. Now, after around 30 minutes SC becomes unstable (this is repeatable). Its not freezing up but rather all windows start to dissapear/fluctuate. I am running SC959 with IB.

Please provide us the Chartbook and we will test it. Here are the instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile This sounds like it is a GDI leak. Please go to the Windows Task Manager. Go to the Processes tab. Add the GDI Objects column (View >> Select Columns). See if it continues to increase for the SierraChart.exe process Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Please do take note of the paragraph in the prior post about a GDI leak. We are interested to know if this is the case. If so, we can resolve very quickly.

I looked it up and yes, GDI is increasing for sierrachart.exe. It increases around 4 points every second.
