Yeah, I have read it before. The message log says exactly "Instrumnet xxxxx is not allowed" not "Real-time data are not allowed". I can receive data for that particular symbol with CQG frontend. Shall I contact broker about that?

Yes contact your broker. We have no control over this whatsoever. That is a message from CQG. Also the message in the documentation, also uses the word "instrument". It is essentially the same.
