Good afternoon, I recently joined Sierratrading and I am trying to make it work with Bitmex. Followed all steps on how to setup an account with the trading feed and it connects perfectly. The issue is when trying to launch the trading DOM the chart is not displayed (Please see screencap below). I hope you can bring me some light on how to solve this. Hi, Just tried doing the same with the Testnet and I do get the same screen on the Trading DOM. Somehow the chart is not plotted. Any similar cases? I just sent you the log, I hope you can help. thank you. |

The Trading DOM does not support a chart.
