I am having trouble with one chart, one symbol, $DOWT (I have subscribed to the real time Dow Jones Index Data). Each time I attempt to do anything in this chart (add drawings, change timeframe, etc) I get "Not Responding" from Windows and have to close Sierra Chart. This is the only chart/symbol out of many that I have any issues with. I attempted to create a whole new chartbook with 1 chart, just this symbol and have no problems at all so it seems to be just one chartbook. Please advise how to fix.

We recommend closing that chart, and just opening a new one for that aim symbol. Although you could check the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Tick Size setting and make sure it is set to 1.
