You need to set the Source Data Input with the study to one of the Historical Market Depth settings: Bid & Ask Depth Bars Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. i am using time and sales data to build bid & ask depth bars. is there way to make writetodatafile study not to delete my data when i reconnect? or use some other study? i dont think i will get same bars using historical as data source. if there is no way to save data using time and sales data source, i will save it myself end of day. Is this a solution to save data?

is there way to make writetodatafile study not to delete my data when i reconnect? Reconnect to the data feed or restart? Time and Sales data will not be lost when you reconnect to the data feed. There is no other solution other than what we said.
