Most Studies not visable

Hello,
I just started a trial and most studies are not visible.

I've attached two images. One is of the studies I see available and the other is of the studies it seems I should see available.

Please advise.

There is a file missing with the installation. Perform the installation again by using this link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartFileDownloader.exe

And we recommend using the default installation folder instead of modifying it.

The problem is back. When I open via the Wine installer, all the studies are available. However, when I open from the regular desktop icon, they are not.

My OS is the most recent-I keep everything up to date.

Maybe I should try Parallels?

What is happening is that the SierraChartStudies.dll file becomes inaccessible in some way.
