Constant 'Download failed' red alert after upgrade to 1598

After upgrading to 1598 and restarting I got red error 'Download Failed'. Same after another restart and same in different location.

I have missing data on chart. I know the files delete procedure, but the problem is with constant donwload error

Live data works fine

But because theres a note:

"It is not recommended that you do this unless there is a specific reason to do so or you have been directed by Sierra Chart support to do this."

So is it necessary to do this full reset after upgrade to 1598 or is there any other reason of this error? Prev build worked stable and I didnt do any wierd stuff with settings/etc.

First go ahead and just perform an Update of the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After this, follow the instructions here to download the missing data:
