the period length of the study execution is an important value. the best way to measure it is the caller (i.e. sierrachart) this information will allow the study developer know whether his code is efficient and when adding a feature understand its time cost. more, it is important to set a correct value of the - chart update interval I wonder if you can support this request : - thru an enable/diable flag (e.g. sc.CycleLenMeasure) - display it on the chart thru a flag in the "chart-setting" i hope i was clear tnx |

I read the page you have pointed. Beyond the fact that the description is not precise there is a question as for the meaning of thevalue ... is it the worst case (longest time), average time ? how about an API to - enable / disable this measuring ? - read the value from study code ? tnx |

Whoever agrees with the above statement, in regards to the calculation time as it is documented here, let us know: Chart Studies: Studies To Graph - read the value from study code ? An ACSIL variable indicating this will be added to the next release.

It's an actual time, when last recalculated. Only one, so can't be min/max/avg. Could hardly be clearer IMO.
