I think something is wrong with my connection to the Support Board from the Help button in AT Charts. When I click on it I always get a message that I am not connected to a Support Board and have to find the login somewhere else. Please advise. Thank you

This is true. There is no way to directly login from AT Charts to the support board. You have to manually login.
