Understanding the increased demands on computing power, is it possible to increase the number of spreadsheet calculation columns from 60 to 90?

Thanks in advance.

No. Use an additional Spreadsheet Study instead.

This cannot be increased because it depends upon the number of Subgraphs in a study.

What is the most efficient way of consolidating multiple spreadsheets from the same chart into a "Master" spreadsheet? Study Overlay?
Thanks in advance.

You could add multiple Spreadsheet Study studies to the chart. You then could use the Spreadsheet System/Alert or Spreadsheet System for Trading study and then you will see the Spreadsheet Study columns outputted to the study columns.
