Hi, I have seen a very strange thing today, and it has occurred in two different PC's. I attach an image: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1501092431818.png As it can be seen, at 20:00:07 there is a bar with all zeros at ask, and the price goes 4 tics up, which is obviously impossible. I have reloaded the chart and no change. The chart is correctly configured (Intraday Storage Time Unit 1 Tick. |

This is due to a Gain Capital data feed problem. There is nothing we can do from our side about this. You really need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
