Diagonal Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Coloring?

Can anyone explain the logic behind this? In the attached image I have an arrow pointing to a 5 minute Volume Profile price using the Diagonal Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Coloring. It's comparing diagonally - 124 sell orders vs 108 buy orders. Shouldn't the color on one of these price levels be red if that is correct? I'm assuming I'm not interpreting this correctly since there are several instances where the coloring should be different. A simple explanation on how this is calculated would be appreciated.

Thanks

It depend if you are using the actual volume threshold or percentage threshold of which you then have to enter these further down :-)

@User884307 - Those options are not available for the Volume By Price study. This is not the Number Bars study.

I might be mistaken, just learning as well, but

aren't you missing the dominance at that Price of the 50 x 277 comparison? ... hence the green

We will document this. It is displaying the color of the more dominant difference. Which is 277(ask) -50(bid).

Thanks for adding documentation, but I'm not referring to the 277 vs 50. I'm referring to the 124 vs 108. Shouldn't that produce a red color?

No, because only one color shown at each price level. Each price level has two comparisons.

Only the color for the most dominant difference based on an absolute volume difference, is displayed.
