I have to wipe my computer clean because I caught a virus on the computer that won't allow me to turn on the computer.. I want to ensure my settings are completely safe so I don't have to reset up my screen...

How do I do that? IS that automatic?

Also, I'd like to subscribe to the Sierra feed.. I used to use IQ feed... How do I do that?

You need to make a backup copy of Sierra Chart. Here are instructions:
Software Download: Making a Backup of Your Sierra Chart Installation

If you want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, here is complete documentation for that:

Will I still be able to follow those instructions if I have no access to my Sierra Charts? I have to wipe my computer clean.

IS there any way Sierra can check if my settings are already global before I wipe my computer clean?

No. You really need to be able to make a backup copy of the Sierra Chart folder first.

Remove the storage drive from your computer system and connect it to another system as an additional drive. You can then access the Sierra Chart folder and make a backup.
