I have a simple ES intraday chart. Which have a study. And that study has an alert.

The alert was not enabled. but when I started to replay that chart it started to ding and alert manager was full of messages.

I stopped and removed the formula. saved, restarted replay - still dinging

I removed the study, saved, saved the chartbook, closed SC completely.

Opened SC, started replay - it is dinging as hell.. shall I reinstall windows?

Here is the relevant documentation for this:
Alerts Manager: Disabling Alert Sounds

You need to determine where it is originating from. You can determine this from the Alert Manager >> Alerts Logtab.

It originates from the study which doesn't exist

Do you really expect us to believe that? We know that cannot be true.

Paste a copy here of the Alert Log line showing the alert message.
