Help.. my trades are stuck on the chart

Hello new user here, I have cxl a trade from the broker's page and now is refusing to dispenser from the sierra chart.( I also had a stop lose and stop profit attached) All three order are not going anywhere they are visible on the chart however they have been closed long time ago. We have reset the connection to the BitMEX server. But a problem like this should not happen to begin with. We are going to contact BitMEX about this general issue. It should not ever happen. Thank you, The problem is still here I have contacted BitMEX support. BitMEX | Received last Trade Positions report from DTC server.
