historical Eurex Bund Futures chart only for 3 years

Hi, I am trying to get a historical daily/weekly/monthly chart for Eurex Bund Futures, but the most data I get is 3 years (currently 16-jul-2014). Is this a limitation? If I go to any charting website (e.g. barchart.com) I can get historical charts for 20 years or more. My chart is set to continuous futures, volume based rollover. Trading service is Interactive Brokers. Please let me know how to get 20+ years historical chart of Eurex Bund futures. Thanks Rgds Will |

Go to that chart and select Chart >> Chart Settings. Set the Days to Load setting to 7300.
