Would it be possible to show the Bid and Ask totals along with their respective percentage of the Depth of Market study to the Spreadsheet? See the attached image for reference.

No, because those calculations would be inconsistent with the particular Subgraphs they would be contained within. You need to calculate these yourself. This is easy enough to do with available cells on the Spreadsheet.
