Reorder Chartbook Tabs

A request that the chartbook tabs have the functionality to drag the tab into any order. I would use this to put the chartbooks of which I am actively monitoring or which are associated with active trades as the first tabs. Currently, the chart tabs within the chartbook can be moved or reordered. This same functionality, but with the chartbook tab would be of value.

The only way to do this now is to open the Chartbooks in the particular order you want them displayed.
