I have multiple limit orders with stops and targets on at the same time quite often.
It can get very confusing on the DOM to work out which limit/stop belongs to which order etc.
Is there a way to colour code them on the DOM to make it clearer?
If not, I'd like to make this a feature request please.
Thanks!

You will want to enable Draw Order Association Lines:

Global Trade Settings Windows: Order Association Lines (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Working Orders >> Working Orders - Display)

Different color coding would not be supported.

Yes I have the lines on and they help a bit, but still not ideal... they also sometimes disappear when you scroll up or down.

In regards to the Order Association Lines, a line would not be drawn if the order it connects with is not visible on the Chart DOM.

Another thing you can do is use a separate Chart/Trading DOM for each order and enable this option:
Trade Menu: Only Orders From Chart (Trade menu)
