Hello Sierra Chart!
Thank you very much for the Sierra Chart test time, I really enjoyed it. I would like to ask a question, I downloaded some historical data from the Sierra Chart last week and I noticed that some files were very large and high quality (in the case of CLG16.scid was 223 MB) yesterday I downloaded the same data, after deleting the data of last week, and I saw that the same file (CLG16.scid) was only 34MB. And opening a Number Bars study, I saw that the values are different. Is there a problem with your server, or have I failed to take any steps to get the best historical data from your server? I tried to download with different time zones and also with "Continuos Contract" different and the results are the same. Also in a different computer Sierra Chart Support |
