Is there a tool or study in Sierra that can be set to draw a line at a 45 degree angle on the chart?

A 45-degree angle would depend on the scaling of the chart.

I understand that but, is there a tool that will automatically draw a line that is at a 45 degree angle on the chart as it is at the time? For instance....if I have a 1.50 range chart of the ES........I want to have a 45 degree angle line starting at a swing hi or a swing low........without having to draw the line and then put a protractor on the screen and adjust it a 45 degree angle. Is there a tool that will do that? If not, that's OK but, if there is, I'd like to have it available to me.
