Tools Value Blank and Compact not showing up
Also, yesterday, both showed up but were reading an old contract - def not working properly. Thoughts? Sierra Chart Support |

So you are actually using the Tools >> Chart Values tool? Other than color settings which do not look incorrect, there is nothing that can go wrong with the Tool Values Window as long as the Chart Values tool is actually being used. So the next thing we recommend doing is restarting Sierra Chart. And also, are you now seeing the Compact Tool Values Window after following those instructions we linked to? You definitely should. The only way I was able to get it fixed was to re-download everything.

Hi, I too have the same problem now. Windows/Show compact tool values window is checked Windows/Tool value window is checked Tool value window is blankc Compact tool value window does not show Solved: it was outside Sierra chart, I must accidentally pushed it out.
