From SC Help File: "Chart Drawings that are copied to another chart from a source chart, cannot be interacted with." This is seems to work when copying from bar chart to bar chart, but when I copy from bar chart to a TPO chart, I am able to interact with copied drawings. Often, when moving a chart with the hand tool, I will accidentally grab a drawing and move it, then have to go back to the original chart and fix... Is there a way to avoid this? Update: actually, after messing around with this some more, I find that I can edit drawings when copying from bar chart to bar chart, as well... Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-06-21 12:24:11

Yes, you need to uncheck this option in Chart Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#AllowModificationOfChartDrawingsFromOtherCharts The documentation has also been updated. The particular section you quoted, was out of date. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
