Good morning, Here is my situation: I have an 8 EMA on a Daily Graph and on this graph, it shows the value of the 8 EMA. I use Study/Price overlay to take that 8 day EMA to put on a 5 minutes chart. But on the 5 minutes chart, I only want the line, not the value. Every time I click in the checkbox "Value Label" to remove it, when I click "Apply", it automatically comes back. Is this normal, is this a way around this? Thank you, |

Good afternoon, What you are suggesting is working. I do have another issue that I'm noticing related to this. (Let me know if you would have prefered another post...for next time!) Just to give you an idea, I'm using a daily 8 EMA to be "plotted" on a 5 min chart. That way I would know where the daily 8 EMA is, even if my daily chart is not open. In my settings, I've put the input "Copy Source Data to Latest Corresponding"/Yes. That way, the line appears on my 5min chart. If I don't, it only appears on the previous day of the 5 min chart and not the current day. Unfortunately, when I zoom in on my 5 min chart, if I don't see the previous day "last bar", I don't see the line. See picture attached. - Both graphs are the same (duplicate), the one on the right is zoomed in a little bit - On the left graph, the light blue is the daily 8 EMA (from another graph), but you don't see that line on the right graph Thank you for your help |
