Hello Support, once again i was trying to load up an index (this time an S&P index) and failed to do so due to the message "unknown symbol".. i've tried several s&p indices before i gave up: $SAIU $S2TR $S8TR $S9TR $S6TR and none of them worked.. i am subscribed to those indices, please fix this.. and pls tell barchart that waiting 2 weeks again is no option this time. thank you, Andreas |

We will take care of this at the end of the day. We apologize for it. The symbols were not set up in our system.

We are adding these symbols now. The problem with S&P Indices is that there are about 1700 of these and it is not practical to be listing and maintaining data on all of them when they are hardly used. It is an unnecessary burden on our user base, and our systems. So we will just add them on request. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
