Cant connect to Rithmic after updating

Updated from 1490 to 1568, latest version, by going to Help>Download Current Version.

No further changes.

Sierra won't connect to Rithmic any longer.

This Message Log is not complete and we cannot see the real reason for the connection failure.


Wait until Sunday evening and see if you can connect then. If not, post the complete Message Log at that time.

Correction: the update was from 1460.

The problem is not Rithmic. There is no point in waiting until Sunday / markets open. Other instances on my desktop are version 1460 and connect to Rithmic without a problem,

Why are you using the Singapore server? Try using Rithmic 01 - US for the Server.
