Dear Support, When I do my long term analysis in Sierra, I go through a long list of symbols each day to check charts. I click on a symbol in an associated watchlist, and after I checked the chart I save a screenshot with a 3rd party app and move to the next symbol. In several cases this takes 3-5 seconds only, after the data download completed. Is it possible to decrease the timeout of the message 'Historical Download Complete'? This way I would be able to speed up the whole process described above. And a data related question: I use your built in data for long term analysis (historical daily, weekly charts), because my analysis does not need live prices (delayed or snapshot is fine). When I start Sierra and click on a symbol in a watchlist, its chart load the newly available data automatically since the last update. But later (in the same session) that chart's data can be refreshed only by the Edit -> Download Data - Historical chart command. Would it be possible to have Sierra automatically check and download missing data for historical chart when a chart (what's data was already downloaded) is opened again? Thank you. |
