I am missing an hour's data on Sierra Charts on all time frames, for the EURJPY pair. I have tried right clicking, delete and download data and also Edit/Download data but no luck. How do I fix this please? Thank you in advance Bruce |

FXCM, the source data provider had an outage about an hour ago. We will patch the data for the major pairs. However, this is not likely something we will get to until tomorrow.

No data again today...it's been down for around 40 minutes so far. How do I figure out if there is an outage with SC Forex Data (FXCM) or if there is a problem with the software? Thank you. |

The problem (SC Forex Data FXCM) is not a weekend/holiday gap! Looking at a 5 min chart, there's NO data for (at least) the FX symbols from 09:40 PM until 10:20 PM (NY time). Thanks in advance for fixing this. |
