Not able to display intraday data for SVXY symbol

Hello there, I am trying to display the hourly chart for SVXY but I am not able to. I am only able to display the daily chart for the symbol. I have a trading account with IB and I do have the market data subscription for real-time data from the exchange where SVXY is traded on. And I do get real-time hourly data for SVXY in TWS. Please help. Thank you |

I do have the correct symbol otherwise even the daily chart wouldn't even load. I switched to the Hourly chart and it's loading now. It's just very very very slow. I will let you know if I have further problems. Thanks |

Ok I have a new problem now. I was able to load the hourly chart data for SVXY but it would only load until 2017 04-07 when in the "From" field in the Chart Settings, I specified I want to load all the intraday data all the way from 2011-04-02. Attached please see the screenshot image that shows the date range that I specified for the intraday chart. I was able to see all the data back to 2011 in TWS and I want to see the same thing in Sierra Charts but Sierra Charts is only able to load the data from 2017-04-05. And if I choose "Historical Chart" in the Chart Settings, it only displays price data from 2016-06-02. Please advise how can I see all the intraday data for this symbol from 2011. Thank you. Hello, Can I follow up on this? I am still not able to load intraday data before 2017-04-07. As soon as I put in a date earlier than 2017-04-07 in the "From" field, it automatically reverts back to 2017-04-07, can somebody investigate why this is the case? I need historical data for backtesting. Thank you. |

Ok if I get the Sierra Charts Historical Data Service, would I still be able to get the real-time price data from IB in addition to the historical data? Thanks |

Actually we just noticed your service package is on 1 which has been discontinued. We have set it to 3. So you now have access to that service. Nothing is changed. I exited Sierra Charts and relogged back in and set the "From" date to 2011-04-02 to try to download all the historical price data from 2011-04-02 but it still does NOT work. As soon as I hit "Yes" to redownload the historical data, the "From" field automatically reverts back to 2017-04-05 in the "Date Range" section. The starting date in the "Use Date Range" section does not apply at all even though I specified the starting date as 2011-04-05. Please investigate and advise. What is the exact symbol of the chart? Make sure Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled.
