Time and sales and market depth data does not display anymore

Previously I was able to view time and sales data and market depth data, but today when I logged in, both are not there. The windows both open but no data. I checked and my trial period of exchange data is still activated until 5/31/17. Is there a way I can view that data again?

No need to reply, there are two data fees one is for the exchanges which expires on 5/31 and the other is Sierra's data which had expired. So I extended that until the end of the month and the market depth data and time and sales data returned.
