HI, I am trying to setup proxy but I can't get this login page as follow http://www.sierrachart.com/images/LoginInstructions_MainLoginWindow.png to input my proxy data. I use InfinityAT platform that automatically starts Sierra Chart. in the Step-By-Step Login Instructions is found the following: 1) Start Sierra Chart. If Sierra Chart is running, restart it. 2) If the login button says Pending..., then press the Cancel button.... but this is impossible from InfinityAT platform level because after login to Infinity this window only flash for a piece of second and then SC gets opened (when I am connected over regular internet) or I can't pass even though InfinityAT login screen (when connected from corporate Intranet over VPN that requires proxy). Neither in the InfinityAT platform setting for "Data/Trade service" there is no posibility to enter proxy data. So how can I reach the proxy settings window? I have regular account on InfinityAT (not a demo) and I pay monthly for SC. Thanks for your help. D. |

To confirm, on your corporate Intranet, you cannot log into Infinity AT and therefore you cannot get to the Sierra Chart login window? If so, you first need to be able to log into Infinity AT first. To do this, contact TransAct support: http://www.transactfutures.com/ContactUs.htm Otherwise, even if we help you get into Sierra Chart by having a direct Sierra Chart account, it is not going to help because you will not be able to connect to the TransAct system.
