Setting the vertical scale height in pixels

Is there a way that I can set the vertical scale height of the window in ChartRegion = 1 to a set height (in pixels); I have tried playing around with the scale functions like setting sc.ScaleRangeTop, sc.ScaleRangeBottom & sc.ScaleConstRange but they are used for setting the actual scale not the physical pixel height?
