do we have a deadline / delivery date for comprehensive options on futures data in the SC Data Feed we know that you are supposed to work on it - the key question is when is that supposed to be available - if we are going to do this as part of any real Product Management process the customers should have a bit more clear picture on this and other planned deliverables |

We cannot make a promise when this will happen. There are a lot of details to this. It is not something to wait for. We do intend to do it this year that is all we can say. There is no deadline or delivery day. If Sierra Chart does not currently meet your requirements then use another program or use a different data feed with Sierra Chart. young man I have not used "promise" or precision down to a "day" - please maintain a laser sharp focus (and ideally demonstrate some level of mature Product Management) These are Estimates which can vary from a "day" to "week", to month to year to century to millennia You seem to have settled to "year" level of precision - fine - there was no need for further poetic diversion and bending of the definition of my enquiry (I wish my own software dev organization had the "freedom/flexibility" to use "year" level of precision - also not sure what exactly is the reason for that constant spoiled primadona attitude - money? - then increase the fees - I will happily pay them since SC is the best trading and charting platform out there - I would also pay extra just to avoid dealing with kids) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2017-04-10 17:10:33
