When flipping through different trading instruments TPO charts are not scaling automatically in a acceptable way. Setting Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks to 0 does not help. E.g. I look a stock chart of Ford(Last traded price 11.23) and Apple(Last traded price 143.34). When TPO chart is linked via quote board and symbol is changed TPO is not scaling nicely. I have then to manually set Letter/Block Price Increment in Ticks to an appropriate size. This is cumbersome. It should be possible to have nice TPO charts when changing trading instrument.

You need to adjust the Tick Size for the symbol in Global Symbol Settings. Refer to:

I created new symbol for AAPL(SC Data all services) and set tick size to 0.2(20 x standard 0.01). No effect in chart. Please explain how to correctly configure symbol.

You then have to apply the symbol settings to the chart. Refer to the instructions here:

Does not work. I applied symbol settings to chart. I have created new chart from scratch and applied TPO study for monthly profile. The chart setting is still the same.

We added Symbol Settings for AAPL, and the correct settings were used for a new chart and also when applying them to an existing chart.

How is Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service set?

This is the reason it is not working.

You need to add the new symbols in the Symbol Settings for CQG FIX Trading.
