Question about DTC.

Hi, I have tried to implement DTC in my home, and I have had a problem I don't know how to solve. In one PC, I have enabled DTC server. In other, I have configured Sierra Charts to connect to DTC server. I have written server and port, for intraday and historical data. Then, I create a chart, choose a symbol (i.e ES), and the client begins to receive realtime data, but I haven't found a way to load data from the past. I mean, I have only data starting in the moment I connect to the server. If I go to Chart properties, chose intraday 5 min charts, and tell to load lets say 5 days data, nothing happens, only shows data since the moment I connected to the server. What am I doing wrong? |
