Also try reloading the chart data with Chart >> Reload and Recalculate.

Locate this file through your operating system file manager:

Opened cached Depth file: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_3\Data\MarketDepthData\ESM7.2017-03-14.depth

Right-click on it and select Properties and tell us what the file size is.

We need to think about this. And we need to add more logging. It appears as though there is no current data being written to the file. The file size looks too small.

I've finally deleted .depth file and it's now working. May be, for some reason the previous file wasn't able to be written on.

Generally we were suspecting it was some problem writing to the file.
